Arthur Griffin

Partner

Arthur is currently responsible for Delivery in Berkley, joined the MBO team in 2017, and has played a significant part in the growth of the business in 2020 over 2019.

Previously, Arthur was a founder of Clarion Consulting Ltd in 2001 and exited in 2008. Arthur was a Shareholder in Team DBA, which he merged into the acquisition of IT Focus. This became Trilogy Technologies Ltd.

Arthur was Chairman of Trilogy Technologies, an IT Managed Services, Cloud Solutions & Cyber Security business for ten years. Arthur led the buy-out and restructuring of Trilogy Technologies in 2009. Subsequently, he acquired companies in London and Dublin to build the group to 150 staff and close to €25m T/O.

Arthur firmly believes in training the next generation of highly-skilled business people and entrepreneurs and prides himself on his ability to mentor and nurture talent in this industry.

John Kenefick

John spent the first half of his career as a management consultant with Accenture in the Communications and High-Tech practice. John worked across a range of Blue Chip Company’s on large scale business change and System implementation projects such as:Dell Computers – British Telecom – Vodafone Ireland – Ericsson- Nortel Networks

John left to work in the Private Equity sector focused on SME technology and business services companies. John has been involved with a number of acquisitions, turnarounds, spinouts, restructuring and early-stage companies for both funding and as an operator in Ireland and the UK. Some of these projects include. Berkley Group, Trilogy Technologies, QSat Broadband, Onelook Systems and a number of early-stage technology companies.

John is a member of the Enterprise Ireland Mentor panel for several years

John Fitzpatrick FCCA

Partner

John is a Certified Accountant with extensive consultancy experience who has held both CEO and CFO roles across various industries. He holds a number of non-executive director roles in various companies involved in Aircraft Leasing, Property and Technology.

Early in his career, John worked in a number of manufacturing businesses from dairy to textile and food. While in the food business he was appointed CEO of a new division established to export processed meat outside the EU under bond. This role involved, raising finance, managing to design and construction of the production facility, securing Department of Agriculture licences and ultimately manufacturing at scale to demanding timelines.

Subsequently, John worked as a consultant on a variety of assignments including 5 years on property projects in Europe, the rescue of a healthcare group and advising other businesses (both online and traditional) including professional services, financial services, manufacturing and distribution.
